Is it difficult being a registered nurse? What is their minimum salary?

I wanted to know if it would be difficult working as a registered nurse? Is it a very hectic profession? Also, I wanted to know the difference between a registered nurse and a liscence nurse? What is their minimum or starting wage? Thanks.

My mom is a licensed nurse. She gets 23 dollars per hour in RI. She works Monday-Friday and has weekend off. I went to her job few times because I volunteered there. It all depends on what type of registered nurse? What would you be doing, obstetrics, pediatrics,maternity, geriatrics? Liscenced nurses are below registered nurses, they make less money and have less responsibility. It's still desent money though.
