Any advice in getting an entry-level marketing job?

I live in Chicago and there are of course many companies here, but I'm not finding a lot of entry-level marketing jobs posted on monster, craigslist, and hotjobs. What else can I do to look for open positions? Thanks in advance.

go to they are a career consuling service. When you purchase their business materials(about$30), you get access to their job advice hot line. You can speak to the author(a very successful Wall St type) about you situation. I found it great. The advice was right on the mark. Good luck

I am not to fond of monster,com, craiglist and websites like that to find a job. My suggestions is to research which companies you would like to work for and go directly to their website. If you need help on the search, check out this site. It gives you tips on where to start and what to do. Good luck... More
