Why can't I find a good job despite having two degrees?

I have an AAS in Electronics and a BS in Business, but not much paid management experience. I tried going for management jobs in electronics or technology or manufacturing to no avail. On my resumes and applications, I only list the necessary education for the job.

Why not try applying for an entry level position instead and then work your way up quickly. If the company already knows you you will have a much better chance.

You've explained your own problem. You have no management experience. Managers need to manage. If you've never managed, you need to manage. Simple. Begin with a first-line management job and get some experience!

Companies look at experience as well as your college achievements. Maybe emphasize your experiences in the workforce as much or more than putting emphasis on your degrees. Be sure not to talk about your degrees or college too much but, your personal goals so the HR person knows you are a good fit for the company's... More

Perhaps it is because there are a zillion other people with the same degree's. If you want the edge over everyone else you have to be different.
