What jobs can I get with Hospitality & Catering qualifications ?

For Work Experience I chose to work in a canteen at Colmans so I was assistant chef for 2 weeks and I enjoyed that but in a years time I will be hoping to become a proper chef yet I don't want to work in a hotel/army. I have taken GCSE subjects: English , Maths , Science , ICT & am doing a course at college in ABC Level 1 in Hospitality & Catering. Basically what I am saying is, What jobs in Hospitality & Catering can I get with my qualifications without having a tough time in a kitchen without working in a hotel or in the army ? Thanks in advance.

Send your CV to TV with a view to become a celebrity chef. Write a book or two on cooking, you would have no problem incorporating a temperature translation, & science of the changes that happen to food as it cooks. Other than that you could end up in the kitchens of a hospital, old folks home, school, etc.
