how much to charge to nanny a 5 yr old, 3 yr old and infant in dallas tx?

I was only offered 10.80/hr and there are many responsibilities involved such as: Making the baby food from scratch, teaching the 2 children when they get out of preschool, Using my car to pick the kids up and take them to activities, cooking, and doing the kid's laundry. Was this a fair offer?

No way. You are asked to be a teacher, maid and chauffeur. You're using your car and your gas, as well. Seems pretty fair to me. If you think its not, try and negotiate with your employer. Ask to use one of THEIR vehicles.

try getting it to 11 or 12 that way you can go and by food for your self at the end of the day!!! lol. but 10.80 is good. But if the work gets to hard for the money then i would ask for a rase!! good luck

However, you didn't mention if you are a live-in nanny... If you aren't, and you're driving a good distance back and forth from the preschool, I would ask for a... More
