How do i know politically - what group i belong to?

What if im some aspects you are a Democrat - then in other aspects - you are a Republican? and can someone please give me a brief description of all the different groups?

Don't lump yourself into either party. If you pay any attention, the parties do not represent the people any more, they represent themselves and no one else. No one is strictly one party. That's called an Independent. Generally, Independents apply their brains more than either Republicans or Democrats
