Is it possible to continue service within the Air Force reserves overseas.?

I plan on moving to The Netherlands (Holland) and would like to continue the Air Force reserves over there. I know there are quite a few bases in Germany, and possibly Holland. Or is there a waiting list, and obviously a job has to exist. Any insight would be appreciated.

It might be possible, although I don't know off-hand about any Air Force Reserve units at those NATO bases. I had a friend who served his annual active duty period in Saudi Arabia, while working as a civilian contractor there. He spent time with the Royal Saudi Navy as an exchange officer. Definitely, the answer is yes. Like you said though, reserve/IMA slots are limited, so you should look at what's out there as far as vacancies go. I'm active duty currently overseas, and we do have our share of IMAs out here, but not as much stateside.
