Does one need a License to teach Martial Arts in the city of Wichita Ks?

I know insurance is in order. As is equipment and other expenses. As far as I know one only needs to be knowledgable, profesional and personable in order to run a Martial arts class. But if thats not the case can someone tell me what legal requirements there are? Please include sources. Thank you.
