Do you take vitamins? What kind of vitamins should I try, I need more energy!?
I'm a current university student, and I'm starting to think that the reason it's so difficult for me to get going in the days may not just be because of the school thing. I've been making lifestyle changes; eating better, computing less, exercise more... I'm even trying to incorporate meditation into my weekly agenda... but I can't help but feel that I am at such a physical loss for energy... more often than not. I'm a full time student, I work 2 casual jobs (15 hours a week - with kids) and I try to do whart I can to have something resembling a life in between. Are there any vitamins or supplements that you could suggest I incorporate that would compliment my lifestyle? Vitamins preferably, actually. Any suggestions? Do you take vitamins? I've actually always been quite adamant when it comes to taking pills or medicine; I generally don't like the idea. I'm just desperate to make this a better, stress & headache reduced year. Thanks in advance :)

You should have been taking a multivitamin all along. Not sure why you havne't been. You need to research the brands online to find ones that are well absorbed by the body. If they aren't a brand that is well absorbed by the body they won't do you much good. Mela-vita is awesome.

B12 is great people swear by 1 shot a month, if you opt for the pills read the label for dosages. But that will help with energy

I take a multivitamin and usually 2 fish oil pills. Occasionally I'll eat a calcium chew as well, but I drink a fair amount of milk. Vitamins aren't really like taking medicine, they're natural things that the body needs, and they just aid in its functioning.
