Why Is It So d**n Difficult To Get A Job In Recruitment Consultancy???
I have been trying for almost 6 months now...It is really becoming beyond a joke and my patience is starting to wear thin.

To get into recruitment you need to have a sales background. Have to have worked towards sales tagets, KPI's and have earned commission. This is what I look for when I hire consultants... More

Do you have experience in the field for which you want to recruit? Most recruitment companies look for that. Also, have you joined the professional organization for recruiters and networked a bit? Too many open questions...but those are some things that would help you get into that business.
