What buzz words/phrases should I use on my application for an IT related entry-level position?

Note, it is my intention to make myself marketable for an interview at least. I have a BS in the field and am currently in graduate school; I've also been in work with State Govt for 20 years. Encouragement is greatly appreciated. I would eventually like to move in the direction of being a System Administrator. I'm interested in what steps I could and should be taking to make myself more marketable for an IT entry level position. I'm particularly interested in work that will get me to a Systems Analyst position.

It would be helpful to know what direction you are seeking for a job. Of course, CRM, ERP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP are good buzz words but only if you have been developer, involved in implementation or an user of the system. Best wishes.
