there are few who are not afraid in there, just remember, this is your chance to get noticed and get the job. everyone in there doesnt matter, just you and the boss. unless you are speaking to all of them, try not to notice them all and just look around at the audience as you speak.

when it come to that situation, i think you must be calm and just ignore how many people will interview you.please think that they are just like you or you can think they are your family.just think you are having convension with your family member.ok good luck & do your best.

99% of people are scared , its part of the job you got to learn to enjoy it in a way, its part of being in front of people. it keeps you sharp, makes you want to do good. learn to take it in, instead of being afraid of it.

I guess it is sort of like being questioned by Congress. Look, you only have to talk to one person at a time. Just do that, work on 'em one at a time. You'll do fine.

Pretend that you are just talking to one person, don't focus on the number of people, just focus on the one asking the question(s). Also, don't look above their heads, look at their noeses. They won't be able to tell that you aren't looking them in the eyes. Trust me it works. God Bless!!
