How many Americans have lost their jobs, because of OUTSOURCING which have been encouraged by our GREAT?

POLITICANS inacting "agreements", with foreign Governments, and their labor contol leaders??? Now - soon, even our American truckers will be replaced ( in some instances) !!! I have some knowledge of whence I ask this question, as I am VERY familure with the Mexican Maquiladora program, and the HUGE quanity of outsourced products sent to China, Pakistan, India, Porto Rico, etc. for the benefits of cheap labor!! THE MONEY SAVED BY USING CHEAP "SLAVE LABOR" IS NOT REFLECTED IN LOWERING THE PRODUCT'S RETAIL PRICE'S, HERE IN THE U.S.A. !!!!!!!Those "extra profits" are given to the "corporate execative, AND TO PROVIDE "LOBBYISTS CONTRIBUTIONS" TO OUR POLITICIANS !!!!!!! How many Americans realise that we are being raped by our own American companies AND THE GREATEST POLITICIANS MONEY CAN BUY !!!????? toro gringo Please do not jump on the Dems / Reps, as this began while LBJ was president, in the early 1960's !!!! Read my profile. Rock, I am a 14Th generation American (German / French /American Indian) a 5Th generation Texan, and I DO SPEAK ENGLISH,and some Spanish and some German !!!!!! NEO- TUR*S like you, need to expand your mental abilities, so you do not jump to some half asz conclusions!!! Perplexed Bob, YOU HAVE IT RIGHT, AND YOU DO UNDERSTAND !!!! Rock, interseting point of view. I can no longer work my trade of over 30 years because over40 % of the work has gone offshore, outsourced, HOWEVER THE PRICES to the retail customer / end used HAS NOT DROPPED ONE CENT, the Board of Directors, the CEO, and CFO have voted themselves MUY MUCHO/ SEHR VIEL / VERY MANY MILLIONS of dollars in BONUS'S !!! I believe that a base salary of $15,000,000.00 PER year is sufficient and a BONUS OF $25,000,000.00 (CEO for one) is just a touch much for their greedy hypacricty!!! toro gringo

The Great Powerful Unions have overplayed their hand and have forced our companies to look elsewhere for reasonable labor. Unions were once needed. Now they destroy everything they touch like the auto industry and public education.

I agree with PNAC, it is time to disband unions, they are not needed to protect the"rights" of workers anymore, they just protect their own pockets. Thanks and have a great day!

Yes, both sides of aisles have pandered to big businesses and outsourced many jobs to foreign countries. This isn't going to stop, it will only increase more until people realize Democrats and Republicans are the same.

Hi Gringo, Please read the question I posted today. I'm being ripped a new *ss about it. I thought maybe Americans would be supportive of other Americans but I guess that's why Bush was kept in office because they don't. I'm feeling even more depressed about it now than before.
