What are the voting rights or the decision-making process within a corporation?
like who makes the decisions in a corporation? does every part of the corporation need to follow those decisions? if you could tell me the answers to these, please tell me where you found the info. and if you can't but know where i could find out about this - in simple terms (for a basic project) - please tell me the web address. any sources besides Wikipedia would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Totally depends on the company. In my company (of about 6,000 people) the owner is still involved in many many decisions. Others are made by VPs, managers or Supervisors. Every company and every decision has different rules.
