Does anybody know a cleaning product to clean car headlights? Or a way to make your headlights clean or shine?

I have a Lexus GS 300 2003 and my headlights are foggy and there some kind of dirt or grime substance that I can't get rid of. I have tried water/soap/sponge to get it off and it still won't come off. There is a person who told me there is a product to make the headlights looks clean and shine but he forgot the brand and where to buy it. Does anybody know where to buy it or what is the product call. The headlights looks awfully dirty and its really bothering me. Please any advice would be nice.

If there is anything sticky on the headlights, try De-Solv-It, a natural, citrus-based cleaner that will remove any sticky substance from any surface... More
