How do other ME/CFS sufferers manage a part-time job on a day-to-day basis?

I have had ME/CFS for a number of years and have been very fortunate because my employers have been very understanding and given me a flexible part-time job. I'm a bit worried because I have been struggling a bit over the last few months. I just hope it is a bad phase and I will get back to my normal attendence again very soon. I really, really don't want to give-up my job. Can anyone in a similar situation advise me on how to cope with a job while having this condition.
