What other jobs can restaurant managing skills be useful for?

I've been working in the food service industry since I was 18, from dishwaser all the way to general manager, and now I feel like its time to get out. I have a business degree, but feel like I've never used it to my advantage. I'm looking to move in to the "corporate world, " but have no idea what positions my skills (people management, customer service, multitasking, etc.) would be useful for.

It sounds like you already know your useful skills. Look on careerbuilder/monster/hotjobs/craigslist, and find the jobs you are interested in, and then cater your resume to fit the needs/demands/requirements of the position. You may be re-working your resume for every job you apply to, but that will give you a start... More

Depends on whether a prospective employer will give you a chance to show your skills. Now-a-day if a person has not already done the exact same job before, no on will give the person a chance to show what they can do.
