I do this kind of work as "side work" as well as my job. On one job I went through 3 Glacier bay faucets, installed and removed in one day (none of them would stop dripping) before finally installing a delta. tighten the screws under the hot and cold caps. Maybe you need new gaskets?

Move it to the North Pole until it freezes and won't drip? Seriously, though: Call a plumber!

Buy a new one. Different brand. Glacier bay is a home depot line I believe. Or at least a very cheap grade. You could possibly get your money back on the old one if you still have the receipt

Delta parts will fit right in that faucet. Glacier Bay is an offbreed Delta. Shut off the water, take the parts to a hardware store and get replacement Delta parts, grease them well before you put them in and you are set to go. Best of luck.

These units are not exactly maintenance free. The rebuild kits (spring and cup) are available at home repair centers everywhere. Most Glacier Bay and Delta units are the same. If you do this, be sure to put the silicone grease on the rubber parts.
