i have a job interview with best buy on Monday and wanted to know what am I going to expect from them.?

What kind of questions are they going to ask? How much will a Non-Management position make? What should I say if they ask me what my best qualities are? And how am I suppose to dress? This is actually my first paycheck job thats not under the table. So please help me. Thank you!

The main problem is the f***ing numbers! Numbers, numbers, numbers you have them shoved in your face all the time! Customers need to realize that the employees are pressured to produce the numbers or suffer managments abuse. Why you may ask? Simple: Bonuses! Just go in and be yourself. If they ask you what your best qualities are just tell them the truth like, "I get along with everyone, I am orgainized and responsible on the job." And remember be yourself and connect in some way with the interviewer.

Where black slacks with close toed shoes and a nice sweater. Keep the interview positive. Make a list ahead of time of your best qualities (such as: always on time, polite, organized, outgoing, warm/friendly).
