Ever realise that you have the wrong job?

I wish i had chosen to be a librarian or a vicor or a sheepherder, maybe. something that doesn't include hassling with bipolars all day. now i am a wreck and trying to be a clever investor like warren buffet was a disaster. what a fool i am.

yes, I know the feeling... there is a deep feeling of discontent in me at the moment with my field - and yet I studied for 6 years to do this so changing is a big big deal still, we can always change, it just takes courage

Yes, several times, that's why I quitted and found new jobs. How old are you? Is it very difficult for you to change a job? If so, just do your best and think in a positive way. Every job has it's happy time and hard time.

Frequently in the past when I deviated from nursing - so back I went! I think the best times for me was when I went permanently on the hospital bank, which meant i could pick and choose my shifts, jobs and specialities.
