What else can I do inside the medical field?

Now I'm taking a certificate for limited X-Ray tech, but I want something better than that because a limited X-ray tech is very useless. I want to know what other careers are involved in the medical field. I was thinking after the x-ray certification to take an A.S Degree/Certification for Nuclear Medicine Technician. I want something short that pays good money in the future...What you guys recommend to have a great career in the medical field that doesn't take too long?

Also if you decide you want to go on after that you can become a CRNA or an NP. CRNA (approx 120K) pay is awesome and NPs do... More
