What kind of questions are asked in a interview for a Software Developer position?

I have an interview coming up next week for a software developer position, the company said they found my resume on careerbuilder, I have my degree in chemistry and haven't had a lot of computer programing experience i've only had 1 semester of fortran. Is there a lot of experience required for the position.

I got "why did you choose our company", "what is some of your work", what's your biggest weakness, if you were shrunk down to the size of a nickle and in a blender that was about to be turned on what would you do.
