I'm really into REAL ESTATE! How can I get into it at the age of 24?
I'm a 24-year-old young professional and single mother. I would like to start my own company in the real estate. Can you give me any ideas in this market right now? I want to start part time and make this a full time job.

I've been in business for many years now. I'd say if you have what it takes, go for it. Get your state licence, join an office, sale some properties, list more later on, do loans afterwards, etc... More

You picked a bad time to start. However, real estate offers a lot of opportunities and if you can survive now it will be a piece of cake when things get better. Most States require a Broker to run a Real Estate Business. In Virginia You have to be an Agent 3 years before taking the Broker Test. So unless your prepared to work a lot of hours and study the rest of the time you would need a few years to get there
