Customer Service is the key. The times that I have been the maddest and vowed to never return to a store (I followed through) was when customer service was thrown out the window and I was treated like dirt. I am a waitress and customer service is everything to me, from both sides of the fence. If I am able to give a customer a good experience, they are more likely to return. If I receive exceptional service, I am more likely to go back.

I work at one of the Kroger foods grocery store and they really emphasize on us to give customer 1st service. It's very critical!
