Best Christmas gift for a lower back pain sufferer?

I am looking for a gift for my fiance who has lowerback pain. He works out and lifts weights. His job also involves lifting. What do you think would be a better gift? 1. Homedics Shiatsu Massage Cushion w/heat (apperantly feels like a real massage therapist) 2. An inversion Table or 3. A gift certificate to a wholistic centre (where he can get a massage, or accupuncture) Tell me what you would rather get! Thanks :)

#3 for sure. No machine can replace a real massage. And I wouldn't be into the inversion table at all.

Have you thought about taking him to a Good Foot or Walking Shoe store and having him try a pair of Earth shoes. They are AWESOME. My husband and I both have back trouble. he just had back surgery. We both wear the Earth shoes with the negative sole. They put you back in proper posture.
