Does getting an associate's degree and becoming a secretary in healthcare make me a loser?

Are secretary/assistant jobs considered high school jobs by todays standards. Am I a loser for trying to get a job like like this as my permanent job? I thought secretary jobs were ok for previous generations like my mom. Am I a loser for not have a career figured out? fyi: im a girl using bf's account
