3 reasons why union soldiers had a better life than confederate soldiers?

I'm giving a presentation on how union soldiers had better lives than confederate soldiers. So far I have that Union soldiers had more food and were fed more often, and that they had better supplies/uniforms. I think I should have one more topic but I can't think of anything.

Well, that's right: without proper food and clothing and supplies, soldiers can't fight. But it wasn't that easy: there were often massive problems getting supplies and all the rest to the Union troops when they needed them and where they needed them... More

you are using better lifestyle, not overall advantages, i dont truly recommend ou to say they had more food, but the one about supplies and uniforms is ok. it is not a really good topic, since history barely focuses on their lifestyle, rather on their advantages. the only thing that comes to mind for your theme is that... 1. More well-supplied (clothes, food, weapons, healthcare, etc.) 2. The war was fought more in the South so Northern lands (including soldiers' homes) came away in better shape 3. They were right

As more Union soldiers died from disease than did Confederate soldiers, I really don't think you can find three reasons. There was no advantage in being in one army over the other in those days.
