How do I start a business as a financial advisor?
I have a degree in Finance and have a job dealing with people's property tax issues. I'd like to start my own business in addition where I could do financial advising at night and on the weekends. How do I do this? I don't really want to do it with an existing company but want it to be my own business.

It's as easy as finding clients. You can create a legal business in a couple of weeks for about $700 or less. Be more specific.

It's a nice goal, but you might have a difficult time finding clients on your own with no previous experience other than property taxes.
