Should I write a Job Acceptance Letter even if I need to sign a Offer Letter from my new Employer?
The Offer Letter lists the benefits, salary, start date and there is a location on the page where I need to sign it, date it and hand it over to my new employer. The Job Acceptance Letter would contain much of the same information except that I would be thanking them in the letter. Would writing a Job Acceptance Letter be advisable or redundant? I don’t think it matters by the position that I was offered is a Junior Programmer Analyst.

It's not really an "acceptance letter." It should be more along the line of "Thank you for the opportunity... looking forward to joining the team, meeting everyone, and making contributions, etc..." It's just a nice gesture.

No need to send a Job Acceptance Letter. Just make sure that the Offer letter is signed by an authorized officer of the company and that you are given a copy of the Offer letter.
