she could get a job working at day care center - sometimes they love when newbie teachers work there because they get teaching experience. also, she can look into subbing at an elementary school. most principals enjoy hiring regular subs becuase the students know them and they get along with the students.

She needs to sigh up to sub. This will help her get her foot in the door with the schools in your area. In my county, a certified sub makes 100.00 a day. I have 12 years experience, moved and could not get a job so I am subbing right now. I made up cards and went by the schools to hand them out.
