Finding a job thru monster, hotjobs etc. is very discouraging at times...trust me I've tried. Most of the times Human Resources won't spend much time if any sorting through the hundreds of emails they receive via monster or hotjobs. I posted my resume with no avail...so I went to an executive search company or a... More

First, don't post your resume at any of these places. And if you still decide to, do not ever, and i mean ever, enter in your real contact info. This is as these resumes are just major spam magnets for scam opportunities going around. Just tie in the account to a disposable email address that you wont care if it gets... More

Don't count on using a Job Website as your only source for finding a job. Use it as a tool. Do post your resume to these sites as you can get an idea of how effective it is: http://www.effective-resume-writing.com/list-of-job-search-engines.html
