How can you conquer stage frights?

Sometimes I really get stage frights easily. I usually get stage frights when having a report in school (I mean orally and individualy), when I became a Gospel reader in Mass (my knees are really shaking and I feel very hot). That's why I need to know some of your opinions in how to conquer this kind of stage frights especially to people that don't have this kind of fright. Can you give me some ways, techniques or any opinions about this question please. Thank you.

Face your fears and make yourself do it. Over time it gets easier and you'll become more comfortable. practicing with a friendly audience is always good (Toastmasters).

think of that you are not in stage but in your room or kitchan.... or think of what the worse thing that happens (no body is perfect isn't it?) and there is very little ppl who don't have this fear it's what make celebs or polititions act in a particular way
