What is the difference between an Administrative Assistant I vs. II or III?

When searching for jobs I always notice there are Admin Assistant II or Admin Assitant III. What is the difference? Which is actually a better paying job, which do you need more experience with etc.

Depends upon the employer. At mine, the ranking in order of salary and skill level from lowest to highest is I, II, and III. These three jobs have different classification requirements. Check with the HR department of the employer for details.

Well the roman numerals I, II, and III connotes pay grade level, it means the higher level you go the more experience, knowledged and skill are required. Better paying job of the three is the one that connotes higher pay grade level. Alecs
