Are there any ways to lessen the effects of adderall withdraw?

Typically, my solution is to not be put in a situation were I can't take it, because I know from experiance it takes me at least a month to get back to normal. i haven't taken it today and I've been extremly lethargic. I'm constantly hungry. My mind is constantly changing channells and I'm unable to think focus on the slighest things. My appearance also seems to change; i look puffy and pale and all together strung out. Anyone have a definate cure for this?

it helped me to drink a cup of coffee in the morning, and another after lunch. then at least i didn't feel so slow and stupid. eat something small every three hours, drink plenty of water, and get enough sleep (that's the hard part, i know). a daily multivitamin might help too.
