How to get rid of a cold?
i've had it for about 5 days. My nose is really clogged, and i just started coughing yesterday. There is alot of pressure in my upper nose. I've tried niquill, benedryll, clariton, and mucinex. I haven't been doing much activity, and staying warm. PLEASE HELP!

Hang in there. Colds pass on their own. It's just the symptoms that we have to put up with. The things you have taken are supposed to treat the symptoms. You need to clear your sinuses. Try hot showers, hot tea with lemon and honey, hot chicken or vegetable broth. Blow your nose every chance you get, use Puff Plus with Lotion, it won't make your nose raw. While in the shower try to breathe in the steam, it will help clear your sinuses.
