What is the easiest European country for Americans to immigrate to?

I'm not talking about language or culture, I'm talking about being able to work and live. I do speak some German

Americans are not well accepted in Europe anymore...the younger generations believe we are all trouble makers like George W. Bush! Americans are not safe in a lot of European countries today! Nowhere. Since we make a big stink about foreigners coming here and stealing American jobs...Europeans too have reciprocal laws preventing Americans from going over there, stealing their jobs. Unless you have company sponsorship or get married to a European, it is pretty much impossible to live/work there.
