What kind of job can a person get if they have an accounting degree but only knows a little bit of english?

This person has an accounting degree from a university in the Dominican Republic but only knows a littlle bit of English. Where can this person get a good paying job in New York City? i forgot to mention that this person is a U.S Citizen not a immigrant.

UN, or the mission of any Spanish language country. otherwise, an appropriate visa is likely required and, since there is no shortage of Spanish speaking/reading accountants, s/he isn't likely to get such a visa.

He could check to see if any of the area restaurants are hiring dish washers. People frequently come to this country and find out that their degrees are less than worthless. The local factories are full of foreign workers with advanced college degrees from other countries.
