Is intel (INTC) going to recover from the recent slide to $19?

I just bought a wackload of shares last week, when it went down 12% in one day, I feel like the market over-reacted as do a lot of experts. I'm willing to hold it for a year, but would like to sell at a target of $22. They are in the middle of improving cost cutting measures and expect growth overseas. AMD just had a nice quarter, that's great for them, but what needs to happen for intel to get out of this out of favor funk? Is there anyone out there who thinks intel is going to tank? Any good reason for it to go further down at all?

The current bear market has taken many great companies with it, including intel. Now, do not set your sell target at $22. This stock will continue... More

It isn't Intel's performance that brought it down, its investor fear and uncertainty across the whole market. "When the tide goes out, all ships float lower."

Intel shares will recover. It may take a while...years...months...days, but the company is sound.

If it makes you feel better, I bought 2 shares currently in my Zecco account; it is my love for INTC that made me buy it. No, only kidding. The reason why I bought it is because I thought it was an excellent value. There's no love for chips; only the love for money is the reason why I bought a chips stock.
