Am i really a socialist?
I have been called a socialist , communist , liberal , and all kinds of other crap . I just want to finally once and for all , find out what to call myself . Heres what i believe and dont believe - I belive in universal health care - I like john McCains immigration plan - I think that gay people should get full rights - I believe jobs should stop being shipped overseas - I dont support hilary clinton - I do support every other democratic canidate - I am undecided about abortions right now - I think that the demcratic party itself is no different than the republican , they all are corupt - My favorte president is Jimmy Carter - My favorte book is Das Kapital by karl marx - I think that high schools are way too tough and need to get rid of most of these tests including the exit exam - My father is a member of the socialist party usa - And I think that if we ended the war , we would have more than enough money to pay for everything i have said so far as far as capitalism goes , im all for it , i just think that companies shouldnt be able to get power with money....

No, you sound like a hardcore Liberal. Socialist main ideal, is redistribution of wealth. IE people who have will give, and people who have no will receive.
