What is the best way to get started in Human Resources without experience?
Since most HR jobs require experience how do you get your foot in the door and gain any experience?

Most entry level roles require a degree, but not necessarily a HR degree. The entry level role is a HR Administrator. Register with local temp agencies. Look for entry level jobs that don't require much, if any, HR experience. You will have to work your way up from there. If you have a degree that will help you get your foot in the door, but you have to be willing to start at the bottom.

A temp agency is a very good way to "get in" and it is a good way to find the niche of HR that fulfills your "hearts desire". Find the position that you are passionate about. It will bring you long term health: physically, mentally, spiritually and financially. Karen
