How are Shiloh Shepherds different from German shepherds?

Shilohs were not developed to be larger versions of working GSD. They actually were bred for a softer temperament than a working, schutzhund type GSD. a shiloh shepherd is just an oversize GSD... the lady that started the breed actually was pretty active in AKC for a long time..she even showed her dogs. She preferred large coated Shepherds and eventually broke off from the AKC and renamed her huge shepherds Shilohs... More

google it. I havea german shepherd, and appearently theyre the number one dangerous dog to have... they will attack the owner... number two is the chow chow (which i obviously knew) but i never ever knew that about the german shepherd.

it's a bigger variety of gsds.....well a bigger dog wil have a lot issues....mainly with the joints...xtra care is required for the joints in the growing stages.....

Shiloh shepherds are monstrously over-sized GSDs. The "breed founder" was attempting to "go back" to the "old style" GSD.
