Could someone tell me how I go about getting my real estate license?

I am very interested in becoming a real estate agent and/or appraiser. What is the best way to go about doing this? I am already a licensed insurance agent, and am looking to try something new. I don't know if I should try to get a jod and a real estate company prior to being licensed and they help me get licensed or if I have to be licensed prior. Please help. Thank you.

Check with the Realtor's about licensed schools. There, you will find out when the next test will be given. It is usually in the State Capitol.
