He has the equivalence of a Bachelors degree in Business and has 4 years of work experience in a telecommunications company in Madrid doing accounting and finance and he is currently the manager of the treasury department. How can he get a job in a company and work legally here? What are the specific requirements for someone to apply for a visa without specific pre-determined purpose here?
