is This JOB LEGAL?

the following is a job description, that was found on yahoo jobs, however, do you think is legal? Crescent represents over 60 years of dedication and service to the scientific community and takes pride in its outstanding personal attention, technical support, prompt shipping and highly competitive pricing. Your First Primary task as an Administrative Officer (Collection of Payments) includes: 1. Receive payment from our Customers or Clients. 2. Cash Payment at your Bank or any cashing facilities near you. 3. Deduct 15 % which will be your percentage/pay on Payment processed 4. Forward balance after decution. please let me know. thanks! All, i went ahead, and try them out. I receive the check Via FedEx, befor this, the company contacted me and told me about the check. I cashed the check, and and verify with the bank if check was real, turns out that the check for more than $2000.00 was real and had funds. after 5 days i was still wary, and verified with the bank once again. the funds were were still on my bank account, and the bank insisted that the funds were availabe, and that check was legit. I deducted the 10% and sent the rest via Western Union. the company thank me and said more payments will come. so now what!!??

No this is a scam. They want to get your information. This advertisement or whatever it was or where ever it was needs to be reported immediately.

It looks like a scam. The best way to find out is to look for their Policies and Procedures. If they can't be found.. run. If they are more then 10 pages run. I learned how to find a GOOD business online by reading this FREE e-book... More
