does minoring in math make a difference when I look for a job as an electrical engineer?

well thats basically it. Will a math minor really make that much of a difference when I'm out in this "real world"?

Interesting question. In engineering experience matters most. The longer you work in your field, the better you will get at it. Your deeper math skills will probably not be tested most of the time. Probably not. The math you take as an engineer will all but cover the everything you need for a minor in math, so it's almost redundant to say that you are an electrical engineer that minored in math. If it interests you, then go for it, but it probably won't help you get a job.
