How do i get a manager from a quiznos fired?

This manager is not manager material.......We have had multiple complaints from when she has either sneezed, coughed, wiped her nose or something gross like that in front of customer, and while making food....The general manager fails to realize that she will be the reason that we get shut down.....The health department has been in there so many times that the employees and the officials from the health department call each other by first name. Some body please help me get rid of her ass.

Document all incidents, talk to co-workers. Ask to all sign complaint stating what she does and how harmful it is and what ramifications will be, how many times health department has been in, and so forth. then contact district manager, and franchise owner (if franchised) and corporate and explain situation and...
