How can I bs my way into a good job?

I know that you're only as good as you look on paper and that people lie their way into high paying jobs every day. How? Can I put good things on my resume that cant be checked up on? This is serious so dont tell me to be honest because, trust me, its not working.

The whole point of a resume is to land the job interview. So create a solid resume which highlights and propmotes your strenghts (still honest, yet may exagerate the truth just a bit) but do not BS anything which you can't back up.
