Can anyone give me the name of a good multivitamin that is not a horsepill?

I have begun to workout on a regular basis (cardio and weights) and I have a hectic schedule otherwise, which makes for meals on the run. Someone suggested i take a good multivitamin to supplement so the workout does its job and doesn't drag me down. My wife takes these gigantic pills. I have no problem taking smaller or even more mediuam sized pills, but the big ones I cant get down.

flintstones. My mom watched a tv show one day and they said that those were the best to take for everyone. Actually you only take one. I have been taking them for a few months now.
