What is the best way to motivate a group of highschoolers?
I am in a 6 person cell and I was voted the team leader. 2 weeks into the project and I have been doing more than my fair share. All I need is an idea as to why my team is so lacking in motivation and a possible way to get them working.

You need to ACT the team leader. Divvy up the work that needs to be done into workable assignments. Let each person pick their own job from the list. Set deadlines. i think the best way to motivate people is to give them options so they would feel more obligated to do the work. As a leader, you have to sit them down and get them to do their part.
