What type of job can I get with a bachelor's in business management degree?

I really don't want to be a supervisor though and I don't have enough funds to open my own business. Any advice is welcomed.

Why Stop there? Go for the MBA. And if not, there are plenty of wonderful opportunities awaiting you. I don't know how old you are, but if you are new to the work world, I would start with Sales, as there are some very rewarding opportunities out there. Start with sales! This will give you the confidence and the "behind the scenes" knowledge about business and also a ton of ideas on how to sell your own products and services when you are ready to start your own business... More
